I would love to represent you and help you in the process of selling / renting out your property. To facilitate this initial stage, please complete the information form located on this page.
After submitting this form, please send an email to MAPArodriguez@maparealty.com , including the following as applicable:
-Valid Identification
-Last Appraisal obtained for your unit (sales only)
-Pictures/ Info about your unit
-First and Second pages of your deed (sales only)
Why do we need this information?
- To legally represent someone in real estate we need a Representation Agreement stating that we know who the person claims to be (proof of identification) and that they can justifiably claim to be the proprietor of the property they want to sell. (Identification and copy of deed). Without this information we could be wasting our time and/or the Buyer/ Renter's time and as everyone knows; the time is gold! So, since you are honest, willing and able, you should not hesitate to provide such documentation, which according to our contract is 100% confidential. We have a license that requires us to meet our standards and we must comply with the rules and regulations. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or concerns. -Fotos/Información sobre su unidad
-Primera y Segunda páginas de tu escritura (ventas solamente)
¿Porqué necesitamos ésta información?
- Para representar legalmente a alguien en bienes raíces necesitamos un Acuerdo de Representación que establezca que sabemos quién dice ser la persona (prueba de identificación) y que puede afirmar justificadamente ser el propietario de la propiedad que desea vender. (Identificación y copia de escritura). Sin esta información podríamos estar perdiendo nuestro tiempo y/o el tiempo del Comprador/Inquilino y como todos saben; ¡el tiempo es oro! Entonces, como usted es honesto, está dispuesto y es capaz, no debe dudar en proporcionar dicha documentación, que según nuestro contrato es 100% confidencial. Tenemos una licencia que nos exige cumplir con nuestros estándares y debemos cumplir con las reglas y regulaciones. No dude en ponerse en contacto conmigo si tiene más preguntas o inquietudes.
